2. User Accounts

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your account with others or use another user’s account without permission. 3. Subscription Plans
SharkCode AI offers various subscription plans, including free and paid options. Subscription fees for paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice, and existing subscribers will retain their current rates until the end of their billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. Free trials, if offered, may automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with SharkCode AI are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our explicit permission. While you retain ownership of the code you create using SharkCode AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and analyze your code for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
5. AI-Generated Code
SharkCode AI provides code suggestions and assistance based on artificial intelligence. These suggestions are intended to assist you but should not be relied upon without verification. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and compliance of any code generated or modified using the Service. We are not liable for any errors, bugs, or damages resulting from the use of AI-generated code.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
